Dating App UI Upgrage

I have a dating app in Flutter and I need the UI to be upgraded. I already have all of the files done in Figma, the backend is already done Laravel, the database is in firebase. Inside the app live feature is already configured separately from the app but needs to be integrated into the tool app, there is an event ticket module that needs to be completed.
All file are done. My Budget is $350. Please to waist my time is you can t work with my budget.DONT NOT RESPOND. I Need this don in 7 days.
