Looking for a qualified coder to create a dating app, I want it to be a certain niche, I want it to have security and verification to insure only real people not robots or catfish are on the app.
The app needs to have video chat or texting
The app will be free to start but will have the ability to charge, not sure yet how I want to set that up.
