Data scarping based on the working of an Android app

We are looking for a crawler/scrapper for a specific android app.
e.g. This app has a map which is overlaid by a marker on specific locations, once you click on it it shows further details like address, availability, amenities available etc.
We would like a tool which on a given frequency (calibratable) pulls the data from the app and update in a excel file ( or similar database).
The tool can be developed in any environment, but should be executable on Windows machine.
The deliverable is the tool and its source code.
