Data Scrape and an APP to visualize this Data 24/7h

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a project titled "Data Scrape and an APP to visualize this Data 24/7h". The main goal of this project is to scrape website data and create an app that can visualize this data on both Android and iOS platforms.
Specific requirements for this project include:
- Scraping website data, specifically car listings
- Developing an app that can run on both Android and iOS platforms
- Visualizing the scraped data in the app
Ideally, the freelancer should have experience in:
- Web scraping and data extraction
- App development for both Android and iOS platforms
- Data visualization, particularly in the context of car listings

The Job:
I would like to scrape data from autoscout24.ch daily, targeting all listings, and automatically capture and utilize each new listing as soon as it is published. This should include all car brands, allowing me to filter the data. How can I determine whether a listing is from a private individual or a dealership? The 'Private' label is visible in the phone number on the listing, as seen in the screenshot provided. Private listings do not display ratings, whereas dealership listings show star ratings. Which exact data fields need to be extracted, see below!
Now this data, i need to visualize it in an app. Where my Clients can get a Username and a Password to login. For each new client, a new User. It should be possible, that i can add a new user. There they can see the Listings for 24h. After 24h the listings should be removed automaticly. Its important, to have the option for them, to activate notifications, when a new car is coming in into the app. so they can monitor it. see below, which data should be filterable. the visualization should be as on the webpage autoscout24.ch.
