I'm seeking a skilled Android and iOS app developer to create an application for collecting data (both text and photos) for generating ID Cards for students and office employees.

Key Features:
- Data Collection: The app should collect a variety of fields including Name and Contact Information, Photos and Personal Details, and School/Office ID and Address.
- User Submission: Users will submit both text data and photos through the app.
- Auto-Crop Feature: The app should incorporate a face detection auto-crop feature.
- Additional Tools: There may also be a need for background removal tools.

The app should also include a function where a link can be shared with students, allowing them to submit their data.
