Dart - flutter programmer needed

We are building an internal company application for management purposes and want to upgrade notifications. Basically, we now send notifications from Firebase Messeging based on user actions to a specific group of people. We need to add:
- after tap notification - redirection to a specific screen/segment of the app,
- additional functionality within the notification tile: buttons/text box.
We are interested in a universal help/example that we can successfully implement.
