Customizing Run Tracker for Flyer Delivery

My name is Koid, and I am interested in purchasing the Run Tracker app (regular license) for use with my team. I have downloaded and tested the app, and I would like to customize it for a "flyer delivery" application to enhance my current operations.
I currently have an older app that is outdated, and I now use third-party apps for live GPS tracking. However, these solutions lack some of the functionality I need, such as photo uploads. Below is a detailed list of the customizations I would require for the app:
1. Live GPS Tracking: Enable real-time tracking of workers in the field.
2. Photo Upload with Geotags: Add functionality for users to take and upload geo-tagged, timestamped photos as proof of work.
3. Offline Mode: Ensure the app works offline and syncs data (like GPS and photos) once connectivity is restored.
4. Analytics Dashboard: Develop a simple dashboard for monitoring completed routes, uploaded photos, and distributor activity.
Additionally, I encountered an issue during testing:
The app crashes when attempting to view recorded tracks.
