Finished area > Email findings to users (pre-load into app) and auditor > User can snap photo back / comment immediately back ( Auditor happy, close case) or select calendar to decide which date (2nd) to settle outstanding > send back to Auditor.
If no reply to select 2nd date. Auditor set a new date and email to user to settle outstanding.
On the 2nd date, needs to show finished work pictures and auditor can close > If not reply. Auditor go back to results and minus points and close the whole case.
