Customize jitsi -- 2

I would like someone to set up a jitsi server in an existing ubuntu server I have, and also take the latest version of jitsi mobile app for both android and iOS and wrap it with my branding and also customise the appearance a bit by removing the clutter and most of the options the user has on their UI. I also want to text different codecs so that we pick something that works well for several users and maintains good quality even for mediocre internet connections without putting too much strain on the server side either. I want a price for the server set up, customisations and finally publishing of the apps on my existing developer accounts.
