Customer Support Chat with Chatbo
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a lightweight chat application focused on customer support. The core flow is simple: users reach my support team through a familiar messenger-style interface, sign in with their existing social media account (Facebook, Google, or similar), and immediately meet an integrated chatbot that can handle the first tier of questions before escalating to a live agent.
Here is what matters most to me:
• Clean, responsive front-end that feels at home on both web and mobile.
• Smooth OAuth-based social login for customers and agents.
• NLP-ready chatbot layer (Dialogflow or comparable framework) plugged directly into the conversation stream so the hand-off to a human remains seamless.
• Admin dashboard where I can view transcripts, train the bot, and assign or reassign conversations in real time.
• Basic security features: encrypted traffic, role separation, and simple audit logs.
If you are comfortable wiring up a chatbot, implementing social logins, and polishing a minimal UI/UX, I’d like to see a working MVP that I can deploy on my own server. Source code (preferably React + Node.js, but I’m open), deployment instructions, and short developer notes will complete the engagement.
