Customer Service Mobile App Development

I am looking to develop a mobile application similar to Uber, which is aimed at facilitating customer service. This project will also include the creation of an admin control panel on a website.

Key Features:
- The mobile app will need to support both customer and vendor roles
- For the customer side of the app, essential features will include:
- Order tracking
- In-app messaging
- Service rating and review

Platform:
- The mobile application will need to be developed for both iOS and Android

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in mobile app development, particularly for both iOS and Android
- Experience in creating multi-user mobile applications
- Familiarity with developing web-based control panels
- Strong understanding of customer service-based application features
- Proficient in implementing features such as order tracking, in-app messaging, and service rating and review
- Prior experience with developing apps similar to Uber is a plus
