Custom graphics on existing cordova script

We are using an app called ESP Config https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.khoazero123.iot_esptouch_demo&hl=en&gl=US to configure WIFI credentials on a ESP8266 device. We need to make a similar app with the open source library https://github.com/coloz/cordova-plugin-esptouch (or similar) with our custom graphics.

It has to work on android and we need the packaged apk (no need for play store).
