Custom Invoicing Mobile App Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Need a custom invoicing mobile application (Android) made with the following features:
There will be two users types: Admin, Staff
Admin:
- Can add users and set their access type, he can set the user name and password for the users.
- He can approve invoices and option to edit it (apply discount for example).
- Has access to all invoices with a dashboard showing what is still not paid, how much is complete, etc (We can discuss details later but its general dashboard for invoice).
- Manage service list (He put service name and price)
Staff:
- Create invoice (Put customer name and address and contact number, services he will pick from service list and attach picture from camera. Then it goes to Admin to approve. Once its approved he can then share invoice by downloading the pdf)
It is important staff cannot download invoice before it is approved by admin.
So there most likely be a need for a database to store invoice details and users login, and a file server to store the images. Ensure to provide an estimate cost for maintaining these services in monthly basis. (We are small company with 4 staff so far so not much use or big storage required)
