Custom Hotspot Manager Android App

We need an Android application that can manage hotspot settings without launching the system settings UI. The app should be compatible with Android 14 and Pixel 6a. Kotlin preferred.

Key Features:
- Change Hotspot Name & Password: The app should allow the user to change the Hotspot Name and Password.
- Activate/Deactivate Hotspot: Users should be able to easily toggle the Hotspot on or off within the app.

Permissions Handling:
- The app should request the necessary permissions (e.g. location, network) on startup. The user should not have to manually enable these permissions through the system settings.

Design Theme:
- The app should have a minimalist and modern design. The user interface should be clean, intuitive, and visually appealing.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Android app development using Android Studio.
- Familiar with Android 14 and Pixel 6a compatibility requirements.
- Experience with managing system settings programmatically.
- Strong understanding of Android permissions and user privacy.
- UI/UX design skills to create a minimalist and modern interface.

Must be able to demonstrate in a video and results replicated by us before final payout.
