Introduction: We are seeking an experienced app development team to create a custom employee management application with specific functionalities to streamline hiring, scheduling, and compliance tracking. This application will serve as a central database for job applicants and employees, integrating scheduling, communication, and work-hour compliance features.

Database & Applicant Management:
-The app must house a custom database that collects and organizes applicant data.
-Integration with external hiring platforms (e.g., Indeed) to capture application data directly.
-Ability to bypass Indeed’s email system by storing applicants' real contact details.
-Fields to include: First Name, Last Name, Home Address, Position Applied For, Work History, and Contact Information.
-Filtering and search functionality for efficient candidate management.
Employee Scheduling & Shift Management:
-Employers can upload schedules for employees to view in real-time.
-Employees can request shift swaps, but swaps require management approval.
-A feature to send notifications for shift changes and approvals.
-A system to track shift assignments across multiple job sites.
Messaging System:
-Internal communication tool for employees, managers, and team leaders.
-One-on-one and group messaging capabilities.
-Notification system for new messages and important announcements.
-Work Hour Tracking & Compliance:
-A system to track employees' total work hours across different job sites.
-Compliance tracking to flag employees exceeding legal work-hour limits (e.g., no more than 6 consecutive days, 12-hour shifts max per day).
-Ideally, integration with ADP for automated time tracking.
Employee Portal:
-A secure, employee-only portal providing access to company partners, discounts, and special services.
-Future expansion possibilities to add more employee benefits.
Ownership & Licensing:
-The developed app must be fully owned by us, with no licensing restrictions from the developer.
-Full access to source code and documentation upon completion.
