Custom Coaching & Period-Tracking App

Job ID: 40237629

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I’m ready to take my online women’s fitness business to the next level with a fully branded mobile app that blends the best elements of Lenus, Everfit, Stridist and Trainerize, then adds a period-tracking experience similar to Flo and a lightweight AI assistant.

Core focus
• Coaching and training sit at the heart of this build. I need a smooth way to create and deliver customised workout plans for every client, update them on the fly and see adherence at a glance.
• Period tracking must be native, not a bolted-on webview, so clients can log cycles, symptoms and energy levels and see how each phase aligns with their workouts.
• An AI layer should answer common questions, surface form-check tips and suggest small plan tweaks based on user data—all while learning from my coaching style.

Workflow essentials
– Coach dashboard (web) for programming, chat and file sharing
– Client app (iOS + Android) with clean, feminine branding, push notifications and in-app messaging
– Exercise video library streaming in HD, offline caching optional
– Secure user authentication, Stripe or in-app purchases for subscription tiers
– Basic analytics: active users, program completion, engagement by cycle phase

Deliverables
1. Figma or comparable high-fidelity UI prototype signed off by me
2. Complete, publish-ready React Native (or similar cross-platform) codebase with README
3. Backend (Firebase, Supabase or your proposed stack) fully deployed and documented
4. One-month post-launch support for bug fixes and minor tweaks

Acceptance criteria
• I can create, assign and edit an individual’s workout plan in under five clicks.
• Clients can record period data and immediately see cycle-phase labels on their training calendar.
• The AI chat answers at least ten seeded FAQs with accurate, context-aware replies.
• App passes App Store and Play Store review on first submission.

If this sounds like a build you can own end-to-end, tell me which tech stack you’d pick, any similar apps you’ve shipped, and the timeline you foresee.
