Custom Call Screens for React Native

I need help in displaying a custom incoming call notification screen and a call-in-progress screen for a React Native + Expo project. The screens themselves are already there. Specifically, I need help to display the screens when the device is locked. The feature must work seamlessly on both Android and iOS platforms. It should work similar to the WhatsApp call feature. The VOIP logic and device-to-device notification system are already implemented; your task is solely to display the custom screens when device is locked.

Please include examples of past work related to implementing this in a React Native app. I need this completed as soon as possible. Let’s build something great together!
