We are seeking an experienced Android developer to build a lightweight CRM utility application designed to enhance internal communication workflows for Android devices. The app will manage call interactions, maintain a contact log, and synchronize access permissions using a remote data source.

Key Features:
Custom Dialer Interface: A native-looking dialer to initiate calls with an integrated contact list.

Remote Contact Synchronization: Sync contact access rules or user permissions from an online CSV or Google Sheet.

Call Interaction Logging: Track and timestamp outgoing/incoming calls for pre-approved contacts, and log restricted attempts internally.

Automated Email Reports: Send activity summaries or logs to a configured email account using SMTP.

Persistent Services: Enable the app to auto-restart after reboot and run silently in the background for continuous operation.

User Access Control: Highlight or prioritize contacts based on remote role definitions or interaction policies.

Manual Setup-Friendly: We will manually configure the app upon delivery (no need for user input or prompts).
