Custom Android WebView Application

I'm looking for an experienced Android developer to create a WebView application for me. The app should be able to display basic web pages, support user authentication, and handle push notifications.
I have purchaged app in which you need to seup and add all details of my website to make andoid app which I can uplaod to google play store

Key Features:

The WebView will require some customization. I need:
