We are seeking an experienced developer to design and develop a comprehensive HR solutions application for both Android and web platforms. The application should streamline HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall workforce management.

Key Features:

Android Application:

1. Employee login and profile management
2. Leave management (request, approval, tracking)
3. Attendance tracking (GPS-enabled check-in/check-out)
4. Payroll management (salary slips, tax deductions)
5. Performance management (goal setting, appraisal)
6. Push notifications for important updates

Web Application:

1. Admin dashboard for HR managers
2. Employee data management (onboarding, off boarding)
3. Recruitment management (job posting, applicant tracking)
4. Time-off management (vacation, sick leave)
5. Reporting and analytics (employee performance, attendance)
6. Application Tracking System
7. Payroll Management (Salary, Deduction, pf etc.)

Requirements:
