Custom Android App with WhatsApp Integration

We are looking to develop a custom Android + Desktop application named "Vaibhav Order Management" to simplify and automate the order-taking process from retailers and customers across different market areas.

The app should support:

Order collection through WhatsApp, robocalls, and direct input

Staff/admin roles

Notification scheduling

English/Hinglish voice support

Integration with Busy software (optional future phase)

Auto WhatsApp message: “We are coming to your area”

Hindi WhatsApp templates

Robo voice calls (female, Hindi) up to 4 reminders

Order input by voice (audio-to-text Hindi)

Order input via call/WhatsApp/text

Notifications
SMS, call & WhatsApp reminders

Call retries every 10 mins (4 times max)

Alert if payment is overdue (every 2nd day)

Auto backup of app data

App should work with low/no internet temporarily (local cache)
