Custom Android App & Web Admin Panel Development

We’re a UK-based car dealership looking to build a custom Android app (APK only, not for Play Store) and a web-based admin panel to streamline our vehicle purchasing process.


What We Need Built:
- Android App for Field Staff (Collections App):
- User login system (email/password)
- Step-by-step vehicle inspection checklist (photos, videos, checkboxes)
- Uploads media (photos/videos) with auto-compression
- Background GPS tracking (invisible to user)
- Prevent submission unless all tasks are complete
- Works offline and syncs when back online

- Android Admin App:
- Login to view all submissions
- See all checklist results, media, and who submitted it
- Add new users (staff/contractors)

- Web-Based Admin Dashboard:
- Same functions as admin app
- Export reports, download media
- Daily backup system
- Built locally (we’ll handle hosting later)


Requirements:
- Android development experience (Kotlin/Java)
- Web development experience (React, Vue, or HTML)
- Ability to build offline-first apps
- Strong media handling (uploading/compression)
- Secure backend knowledge (Firebase, Node.js, etc.)


Deliverables:
- Two Android APKs (Collections + Admin)
- Web dashboard with full source code
- Setup & user documentation
