Curated Hospital Meal Ordering App
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I'm looking for a prototype app that facilitates a curated hospital stay for patients and their families. The app should allow users to order food from approved local vendors, accommodating diverse dietary needs.
The primary users of the app will be patients. Therefore, the interface needs to be user-friendly, accessible, and designed with a patient’s perspective.
Features of the app should include:
- A comprehensive display of each food vendor, including menu items, customer reviews, and physician recommendations. This will help build trust and provide a sense of normalcy.
- Customizable food orders that cater to specific dietary restrictions. This includes but is not limited to: culturally specific diets, vegan/vegetarian, halal, Kosher, and sodium/gluten free.
Ideal skills for this project include experience with app development, knowledge of dietary needs and restrictions, and an understanding of user-friendly design for patients. Previous work in the health sector will be highly regarded.
