Cross-platform App with Custom API

Project brief:

https://epassport.ae (existing working website -developed in NextJS - No APIs available for mobile)

User should be able to register / login / password reset from mobile app.
User should able to upload the required personal data. https://epassport.ae/register (sample form)
User should be able to scan his/her Emirates ID and upload it.
The scanned Emirates ID data should be auto-filled through OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
Develop the required APIs for mobile application.
