Cross-Platform Web App Automation

UPDATE: Please let me know if you have ACTUALLY worked on Appium tool and debugged a block of code on a real time device connected to your PC. Else there is no way that you can solve this error. All I am looking is to
invoke a browser both in an iOS and Android (real devices connected to PC). The error is as below:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unknown HttpClient factory netty
This is NOT web development task, this is a Web automation task.
