Cross-Platform Parts List App Development

I'm seeking an experienced app developer to create a comprehensive parts list app for both iOS and Android. The app will assist users in tracking parts from construction projects.
Key Features:
- Inventory Management: Users should be able to keep track of what parts were used at a electrical installation project
- Parts Search: An intuitive search function to locate parts quickly.
- Preloaded List of Parts: The app should come with a preloaded list of common construction parts.
- Create List of Parts: Users can compile a list of all parts used at a project
- Adding Up Prices: The app should calculate the total cost of the parts on a list.
I'm looking for an app that my construction crew can use to add up all of the parts used at our installations and provide a total.price for the parts used.

Create a job
Enter job notes
Take photos
Have a preloaded list of parts to choose from and add to a list
Each part has a price, ability to store a barcode, photo of the item, note about where to buy more
Each list has a total price
Ability to add a new part to the database that doesn't currently exist.
Multiple lists available per job
Share amongst a team
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in cross-platform app development.
- Prior work in creating inventory management apps is a plus.
- Familiarity with integrating pricing calculators within an app.
- Knowledge of construction industry parts and tools is an advantage.
