Cross-Platform Mobile Service Tool

I need a developer who can create a polished mobile service application that mirrors the professional tools used in phone-repair shops. The app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android from a single code-base so day-to-day updates remain efficient.

Core requirements
• Build two companion apps (or a single cross-platform build) that compile natively for iOS and Android.
• Focus the user experience on the Customer role—log in, view or initiate a service request, and interact with repair-shop information.
• Match the look-and-feel of leading repair-shop software: clean dashboards, quick search, and clear status indicators.
• Supply the full source code, build instructions, and a short user guide that lets staff upload the binaries to App Store and Google Play without re-coding.

Technology is flexible, but I prefer a mainstream cross-platform framework (Flutter, React Native, or similar) connected to a REST or GraphQL back end so future roles—Technicians and Store Managers—can be layered in easily.

I will provide reference screenshots of an existing shop solution once we start. Please outline:
