Cross-Platform Mobile App Development

I need a skilled mobile app developer to build a cross-platform mobile application (iOS and Android) using Flutter or React Native.
Core features required:
User registration and login (email/password + Google/Apple sign-in)
Home dashboard with personalized feed
Profile section with edit functionality
Search and filter functionality
Push notifications
Integration with a REST API (I will provide full API documentation and endpoints)
Design: I will provide complete UI/UX designs in Figma (screen-by-screen wireframes and high-fidelity mockups).
Backend: Already built and hosted (Node.js + MongoDB). The developer only needs to consume the APIs.
Additional requirements:
Clean, well-commented code
App must be optimized for performance and offline support where possible
Integration with Firebase for push notifications and analytics
App store submission ready (splash screens, icons, metadata prepared)
Timeline: 6–8 weeks from project start
