Cross-Platform Mobile App Development for Secure ESS Login

Project Overview
We need an experienced mobile app developer to build a cross-platform (Android & iOS) framework that allows employees to log in securely to our existing Employee Self-Service (ESS) website.
We will provide all necessary APIs (authentication, instance verification, notifications, etc.).

Mandatory Requirements
1. Cross-Platform Development (one code for both Android & iOS)
• Use Flutter, React Native, or similar for a single codebase supporting Android & iOS.
• Be bilingual (English & Arabic) with RTL support.
2. Secure Login & Authentication
- First-Time Login Flow:
• Capture Instance Name (manual entry or QR scan), and validate its existence by calling the provided API.
• Capture Email), and validate its existence by calling the provided API.
• Send OTP via Email/SMS for verification.
• Force password change after OTP validation.
• Redirect to ESS website URL based on instance name.
- Subsequent Logins:
• Allow biometric (Face ID/Touch ID/PIN) or credentials.
• Auto-redirect based on locally stored instance data.
- Security Features:
• Session timeout & auto-lock.
• Data encryption (local storage & API calls).
Handle the 'Forgot Password' functionality by capturing the user's email.
3. Notifications & Alerts
• Push Notifications (approvals, announcements, reminders).
4. Required App Permissions
• Location (if needed for security).
• Camera (for QR scanning).
• File Upload (for ESS functionalities).
5. UX & Accessibility
• Dark Mode (system-aware).
• Accessibility (screen readers, large fonts, RTL for Arabic).
6. Additional Features
• Calendar Sync (display user’s email events) to the device's home screen.
• Quick information, Profile View (if API provides data) to the device's home screen.
7. App Store Deployment
• Handle Google Play & Apple App Store submissions (we’ll provide developer accounts).
