Cross-Platform Message Generator App

I'm seeking a mobile app developer to create a simple message generation app for both iOS and Android platforms.
The app will:
- Use multiple-choice options for user input (situation, target, reason).
- Generate and save short text messages based on this input.
- Save messages locally on the device.
This will be a very simple and lightweight application, with only around 10–15 screens.
The goal is to faithfully implement the design exactly as shown in the Figma files that I will provide.
Please note that *multilingual* support is planned, so the app should be structured to allow language switching in the future.
