Cross-Platform Imaging App Development

I am building a confidential mobile application that must run smoothly on both iOS and Android, and I’m leaning toward Flutter for the code-base. Core functionality centres on using the device camera (or gallery upload) to capture images, run OCR-based receipt parsing and validation, then route the data through several secured REST endpoints before presenting clean, well-structured results back to the user.

API work is substantial. The app will need:
• User authentication
• Data fetching and storage
• Third-party service integration
• OCR receipt parsing & validation

I already have a partial set of wireframes and a high-level style guide, so I’ll rely on you to refine the UI and fill any gaps while keeping the interface intuitive, bilingual (Spanish/English) ready, and consistent with modern mobile UX practices.

You’ll deliver production-ready Flutter code, assist with store submissions, and provide concise build/run documentation. Before we go deeper I’ll provide an NDA; please include links to comparable Flutter apps you have shipped that demonstrate camera handling, API work, and polished UI.
