Cross-Platform Carpool App with Admin Dashboard

I'm looking for a cross-platform carpool application that includes an admin dashboard. The application should be compatible with iOS, Android, and Web.

1. The mobile app will accept csv file contains trips information that include the following:
a. Customer information
b. Trip Information
c. Driver and Vehicle Information
2. The app will provide the driver with an interface to perform scheduled trips, and the following information are required to be collected:
a. Customer Information
b. Transportation Provider Information
c. Driver Information
d. Vehicle Information
e. Trip Information
f. Medical Facility Information
3. User Registration and Login: The app should have secure and easy-to-use registration and login processes for back-office users.
4. Creation of Driver application version: login and do vehicle inspection before performing assigned trips.
5. Dispatch Portal to manage and re-assign trip(s) to drivers
6. Real-Time GPS Tracking: The app must provide real-time GPS tracking for drivers and rides
7. The application must enable back-office users to generate driver log report with specific required information.
