Cross-Platform Automated/Delete App for SMS & Call Logs

I'm looking to develop a versatile mobile application for both Android and iOS. This app will help users manage their SMS, WhatsApp and call logs effectively. I need a skilled developer to create such an app. Key features include:
-Selective Deletion: I want users to be able to specify particular contacts whose messages and call logs will be automatically deleted by the app.
-Automated and Manual Deletion: I want the app to automatically delete messages and logs from certain contacts at set times of the day. Additionally, users should be able to manually trigger the app to delete messages and logs when needed.
The ideal freelancer for this project should be experienced in mobile app development, particularly for both Android and iOS platforms. They should also have a good grasp of data management, user privacy, and be able to create a clean, intuitive user interface.
Users will have a chance to upgrade foe other features. E.g. Free mode only deletes sms, pay mode deletes call logs, whatsApp, Facebook, Insta, etc.
