Cross-Platform Audit Automation App

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a mobile/tablet app for automating audits, destined for both iOS and Android platforms. This app is intended for personal use and should include the following key features:

1. Site selection with the auto-captured visit date.
2. Section-wise scoring system (2/1/0 points per item) with weightage-based final score.
3. Ability to add remarks, upload photos, and note findings/discussions.
4. Offline functionality coupled with PDF report generation.
5. Seamless email integration for report sharing.

The app workflow will look like this:

1. Open App → Select Store → Auto-Date → Start Audit
↓
2. Select Section → Skip? → No → Score Each Item → Add Remarks/Photos
↓
3. Repeat for All Sections → Add Discussion Notes (Optional)
↓
4. Generate Report → Preview → Email to Stakeholders

In terms of user access, the app should incorporate a login/password authentication system.

The reports generated should be summary reports.
