I need an end-to-end build of a matchmaking app that pairs people according to two core signals: the activities they like and the times they are actually free. The product must launch simultaneously on iOS, Android and a lightweight Web portal so friends can invite each other from any device.
Core user flow
• New users create a profile, browse a set of activities presented as searchable categories, then tap to add the ones that interest them.
• They provide dates when they are available for the activity
• A matching engine cross-references shared activities with overlapping availability and serves up potential partners.
Key expectations
• Clean, intuitive UI that feels identical across mobile and web.
• Activity list must be easy to expand from the admin side; think long-term scalability rather than hard-coded options.
• Matching logic delivered as modular code so I can tune weightings (e.g., activity priority vs. time overlap) without a full redeploy.
Deliverables
1. Source code for iOS, Android and Web builds
2. Simple admin dashboard to manage activities and monitor matches
3. Build scripts / CI pipeline instructions
4. Short video walkthrough plus setup documentation
