The overall goal is to foster a sense of community, ensure everyone is informed, and create a more supportive, inclusive work environment.

- Proven experience in building cross-platform mobile apps.
- Previous work on a similar project would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to understand and implement my vision for this app.
