Creating android app

I want to create a simple commerce app that can work on all the android phones it will be some kind of store that have health and fitness guideline like losing weight plans gaining weight full week training so on the app will be simple without registration just the store tab and home tab and when they order something they get a download link or page to the specific sheet of what they ordered
