Creating an add-on in Google Play Console

Hi there! I am looking for a developer to create an add-on for an existing application in Google Play Console in order to improve its overall performance. This add-on should work for both Android smartphones and tablets. Although I don't have a specific list of performance issues to address, I do have a general idea of how the app should run and I am open to recommendations from the successful candidate.
