Create social networking site and app

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a social networking site and app that focuses on connecting particular community. (its not for public but certain community we call it caste in india, its moreover like family tree) I have some ideas for features that I would like to include, but I am also open to suggestions.

The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in developing social networking sites and apps, with a strong understanding of user experience and interface design.
