Create a simple mobile app

I am looking for a skilled mobile app developer who can create a simple app for both iOS and Android. This is the scope of work
I have a tennis academy. I have 48 kids playing my tennis program. I offer clinics monday, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. What I want is to have an app where if people can’t come to the clinic, they can take their name off list so other people can join a do a makeup. For example.
Jake comes to Mondays clinic
Morgan comes to Wednesday clinic.
What I need is an app where they can type or deselect Jake’s name from Mondays clinic and put his name on Fridays clinic (if there’s a spot available)
. As for the design, I am open to suggestions and would like the freelancer to provide design options.
Skills and Experience:
