Create a simple gstreamer-xamarin app

I would like to port the Gstreamer Android Tutorial 2 to a Xamarin C# App.

I need a Xamarin project for Visual Studio 2019 similar to the official Gstreamer's Android Tutorial 2 (Audio player) using the C# bindings "gstreamer-sharp" if it is possible.
