Create a sample android app to activate a button daily at 0800PM and deactivate it at 0900PM

I am looking for a freelancer to create a sample android reminder app with kotlin.

Purpose:
- The purpose of the app is to automatically activate a button daily at 08:00PM and deactivate it at 09:00PM.
- At 07:55PM it should send a notification that button is about to activated and at 08:55PM it should send notification that button is about to deactivated even when app is closed.
- Show a timer to time left to activate the button and one button is activated timer should go off and once button is deactivated timer should start again.

Design:
- No design is required for the app.

Note: Work on my PC using remote connection Team Viewer.
