Create reward system in android studio project

I have an android studio (Java) social media project with post, like, comment, group options.... I want to create a reward system in this app ie...
1 Create a reward to post owner for (2 paise) every new post with at least 10 words and 1 image.
2 Create reward to the user (2 paise) for post like (do not count multi-click. Only one-time click)
3 Create reward (2 paise) for fist comment with at least 3 words
4 If post remove from admin or post owner so revise the count
5 250 INR is the redeem point. when a user achieves 250 INR he can request a withdrawal for the amount
