Create an private Android app

Create an Android app not uploading it to playstore or anyplace it will be a private application

See create a simple dashboard for 3 types of persons like me who will be the owner which will act as the admin.
2nd type will be the people who will enter the patients data and update me and the
3rd type of person who is the agent who will be doing all those things in the video I mentioned please add everything mentioned in the *video*
Well on the admin panel which is for me in that it has to be a dashboard the menu order should be like:
i) Home where you'll show how many people home collection is required.
ii) Agents: all the info about them.
iii) call recording.. I'll later give you an API so that you can integrate..there is a company named EXOTEL who will provide the API for the backend calling for the recording as well as agent masked calls
