Create a phone application

I want to create a phone application for my baby store ( which should be available on both apple and android)
I would like the app to automatically update stock as people buy,
Display my products with high quality photos
Be able to filter the products by age, size, gender, type etc
Easy to navigate,
Have the option to pay online (through mobile transefer)
