Create a location app

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a location app for both iOS and Android platforms.

I want to create labels with QR code, paste this labels in items, boxes, anything where you can put a label.

In any part where this QR is scanned I want to receive the location of the label.




Requirements:
- Experience in developing apps for both iOS and Android
- Ability to integrate mobile push notifications for updates and notifications to users
- Creativity and ability to suggest features and functionalities for the app

The app will be a location-based app that provides users with information and updates about their current location. Users will receive updates and notifications through mobile push notifications.
