Create a distance and time price search application for several taxi apps (android and ios)

We are requiring the development of a platform, which with the entry of the location of origin and the location of destination allows REDIRECT TO the applications of the different taxi service companies that allows COMPARE
the fares and duration of the journey in real time and simultaneously and determine which is the most convenient for the user; as well as designing a mechanism that allows charging a percentage for each service they obtain through the aforementioned platform. (application in spanish)
The idea of the platform that we are requesting is that on the cell phone screen the rates of each of the companies that provide taxi service appear simultaneously in real time.
In order for the origin and destination to be redirected, the applications of the taxi companies have to be downloaded on the cell phone from where the service is being requested.
It must have a control panel where the percentage of profit is placed without affecting the price, it must also have the option to unblock the taxi company (if no agreement is reached)
you must be able to have a list of services performed and completed with the price and the taxi company
the companies of uber, beat, didi, among others will be on our platform, as long as the user has it installed on their cell phone, the user will search our app for prices and buy, then an option to select the taxi and company you want and REDIRECT TO THE SAME TAXI APP already installed (uber, beat, didi, etc)
