Create a custom android launcher and upload it to the Play store

We need a Professional and Fast Android developer to build a custom Android launcher. based on KISS Launcher or any other open-source android launcher.
The launcher must include web search functionality. The user should be able to enter a search term and perform a web search. To perform the search the launcher will open the default browser with a search URL to the chosen search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo)
The launcher should have support for multiple branding, so with new given strings and static resources, we should be able to build a new brand.
