Create an app

I would like to build an app for keeping track on the time a worker is in work. For example Officer A work and can be at work for 5 hour or 8 hours. So when Officer A comes to work he chooses if he is going to be at work 5 or 8 hours. At the end of the month or whenever I choose, I can print out the worked hours for Officer A.
