Create android application

Need to build an android application. Functionality of which will be very mirrorlike to eWelink app with few changes.
1) This app needs to be tested with specific hardware at my end.
2) You will handover entire source code of the app.
3) Developer has to set up the entire environment at my end remotely and compile the source code on my computer. This will be for every iteration of the app. You can set the environment initially and then send me the source code for compilation. I will test the app which is compiled at my end and not at your end.
4) Since this is connected to specific hardware for testing and although I have clear outline of what the app should be, there will be iterations for the app before it is finalised. I cannot guarantee the iterations numbers so you need to be patient, calm and cooperative for it. If you get frustrated with it and leave the project beforehand I will not pay you a dime.
5) Entire payment for the project will be made ONLY AFTER SUCCESFULL COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
6) You will need to provide support for the app build for 1 year after successful completion.
7) Only the main definitions are initially published, once the project is allotted I will then share specific details workflows options etc...
8) Screens of the app will be same as eWelink with minor changes, addition and removal.
9) App should work on android version 8.0.0 and above
10) App should work on all screen size phones and tabs
11) App should work on Samsung, OnePlus, Huwaei, Oppo, Realme, Redme etc... devices
12) Preferred programming language is kotlin unless things cannot be done.
